    net stop cryptSvc
    net stop bits
    net stop msiserver
    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    net start wuauserv

    Hey MochaCoronet28,

I am sorry to hear that you are encountering crashing issues.

With uxtheme.dll errors, these should be solved by a re-install. As you have already tried this, I would advise reaching out to the support team and provide them with your log-files, DXDiag and MSinfo.

    Hey MochaCoronet28,

Live-Chat can take these files from you and transfer your chat to ticket for further investigation.

It is possible you may have tried to get in touch when they were offline.
