I would ask just how many hours you've played as I suspect you may be in the hundreds and hundreds of hours.

If that's the case, then there comes a point where returns diminish and it's just time to walk away.

havnt touched it in about a month. What was the point? Same old content, even more than the usual crappy loot. Felt i had to play heroic to even get a chance at a good piece and even then it seemed like a 5% chance of getting something you could keep. I still miss TD1, havnt missed TD2 much at all.

I tried crafting when i reached level 40 ages ago, never again....waste of pixels......BUT i can also understand why.

If they want the crafting table usefull with good rolls maybe change the scavenging on the watch and let us put points into it for better quality crafted gear.

    I know how you feel.

I do Heroics and my build is about the same for the last 1 month and it isn't even close to optimal.

Just feels like I'm wasting my time, repeating the same content.

This is just for TD2: https://tracker.gg/division-2/profil...narok/overview

Installed Elder Scrolls Online today, ain't played that for over 2 years i think, was overwhelmed how much new content there is so might give that another bash.

I am honestly not sure if a lot of this is choice or just bad coding. I am going to assume bad coding, but some of it is so rampant that it really defies that.

Have any of you done a legendary or watched a person stream a legendary? I saw some of the loot that dropped on a stream last night. It all looked of the exact quality that I typically get in Challenging or even the raid. Maybe I have reached a point that I am on some items near perfect, but my GS is only 917(I know max is 925) and I am struggling to find improvements on a number of my drops. I have at times crafted better gear that what has dropped for me. People bash crafting, but at times it has been my lifeline. Whether intentional or not, loot has again become a progression roadblock. A lot of this happened after the recent patches.

I know the devs are quarantined, but some of this is really bad.

As for the sticking to walls, I use it at times to quick cover after dodge-rolling. It can come in handy.

The lousy rolls are having another side effect. One the devs might have wanted, but I don't think have yet to grasp the gravity of. Gear with yellow primary attributes have a strong advantage as do gear sets over other high end gear. The primary attribute on tech is static and always maxed and gear set pieces only have a single primary and single secondary aspect. Damage skills in heroic group+ difficulty are weak, but status effects and healing are not. Notice that people are complaining about TP/Status Effects in PvP. The secretly most powerful build outside of the M1A/Foxes Prayers/Hollowman/Contractor's Gloves DPS are TP Shield builds and crowd control builds. Hard wired rolled with status effect or repair skills are the best and consistent way to produce fully powered builds that can work in Heroic 4 man and beyond content. I have heard of people with mortar turrets, but still those have their own weaknesses. They are creating a new series of metas that need damage and other build types to support them that don't readily exist.

I stress again that either wittingly or unwittingly the devs have created a progression roadblock. This is not good for the game. People tire of them and see through them very quickly.

That's 1,585 hours so unless there is a constant update in loot then it is very much a case of diminishing returns.

Play something else if loot quality is a big issue for you.

I've been thinking much the same lately. I put together a skill dmg build roughly about 2 months ago. Every piece has lots of room for improvement. I've ran CP4's, heroic missions, challenging missions and whatnot. Yesterday I got 1 piece of equipment that I could recalibrate to improve one aspect of my build by 2%. Otherwise, inventory full of crap day after day after day. I don't think I'll be logging on tonight, or for a few nights, which will probably quikcly become weeks and then months.

See that's the thing, me and my sons have a total of 20+ builds between us, none of them even closely optimized and all the loot that drops for us has useless attributes, or poor rolls or both.

Note: This all started to happen when TU8.5 was released
Note: My sons have only been playing for about 3mths, no where as near as long as me
