    Constant Crashing during Gameplay at Random Times....Please Help

    Had this game for just over a week and i'm really enjoying it. However its constantly crashing during all matches & gamemodes at random times; but not when i'm scrolling in the main menu.

    PC Specs:

    AMD 2700X CPU
    ASUS crosshair vii hero wi-fi motherboard
    Gigabyte RTX 2070 Vid Card
    ASUS PG279Q Monitor

    Video settings in game is according to Geforce Experience suggestion.

    All PC drivers are updated and tried re-installing game already. I have other games in Uplay but its only this game that is having this issue.

    Its very frustrating and I'm losing time on my champion status.

    Hey MikeyJrd,

    Sorry to hear you are encountering these issues!

    If you have already tried our troubleshooting guides, can you give us more information about the crashes themselves?

    If they do not totally freeze up your PC, we can take the MSinfo and DXDiag files via our support team on the website. These should be able to give us some insight into what the problem could be.

    Thanx for the reply..

    In Fullscreen mode, the whole PC freezes up but in Windowed Mode the crash just sends me back to desktop. Its happens in every mode I play right in the middle of the game at random times:both story and multi-player. The crashes dont happen when I'm scrolling in main menu though

    I would advise keeping an eye on your e-mail inbox as it appears that your ticket has been assigned to an agent.
