At this very moment, I am attempting to connect through matchmaking for 4 person story missions. I am currently on loading screen 11 within 25 minutes. If I accept a join prompt at the bivouac, I do not join and instead set matchamking in some type of loop, requiring a full game reboot just to queue again. I have only done that once in the past 25 minutes, so that accounts for 4 loading screens; log into game, load onto character, unable to connect, reboot, log into game, load into character. On the second attempt to connect, I find a person. The matchmaking decides to cancel at one person (I have no choice in the matter), so I have to re-select matchmaking: no big deal. The join prompt is initialized, I accept, halfway through load I receive an error report and need to log into the game again. Half loading screen, plus log in, character load is 2.5 loading screens, total of 6.5 completed loading screens. After loading back into the character for a third time, I attempt to join again. Third attempt, I pull someone for duo. I throw us back into matchmaking queue. I hit the prompt to join, person asks, "hello?" in voice chat then proceeds to leave when no response, throwing me back to the Title screen with an error (suppose they were the host?). Another 2.5 loading screens, totaling 9. On my 4th attempt, I finally begin with the option to join another lobby, which gives me another loading screen, but it's ok it's moving. This player is not currently doing anything, and did not queue us in matchmaking for more people, resulting in me leaving. I have been through 11 loading screens and still do not have a full 4 man group. There is only one situation in the above where I could have been patient with the potential of a 4 man group, and that situation was with the "away from keyboard" group host.

Would it be possible to select whether or not you'd like to host, or select how many people you want in your lobby?

While I was typing this, I had attempted yet again to combine groups, resulting in a title screen error. Each error has been different. Chalk 2.5 more loading screens onto that 11.
