Got the same message for a couple of weeks. Android 10. It worked fine earlier.

Hello everybody. Sam has not been going for weeks and has no connection to the server. The daily login of various games is unfortunately not possible. Please fix the whole thing with an update. In my case, it's about the Android app. Device model: SM-G973F (Samsung Galaxy S10) android version 10.

Edit²: When will ubisoft finally do something? There are many posts due to the same problem.

I’m having the same issue but it’s only been about 4-5 days. Also it appears not to be just an Android thing as I am having the same issue on my iPhone/iPad.

Sam was working two weeks ago (?) for a week, and now is not working at all on iPhone10s. Game is - Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. I still get notifications from Sam on home screen of my phone, but when I go into Ubisoft app...... no more daily log in. No more Sam.

Same issue, won't even retry to connect. I use a Samsung A5

I get the push notifications any time I run a Ubisoft game, but that's as far as it goes. Once I enter the app, it tells me my personal gaming assistant is currently not available. Well, Sam hasn't been available for weeks.

Just got AC:Odyssey a couple of days ago and have had Div2 for a couple of months on the PS4 and not getting any DL Rewards. Using app on Android, Samsung Galaxy Note10+

Same here, HTC U11 on Android, I e done all the stuff I've been instructed to do, clear cache, uninstall reinstall , nothing gets him back
