it would be nice to have an update at the least every 2 hours, with maybe a little more information. 11 hours since the last one??? Customer service and openness goes a long way.

We have experienced extensive degradation for PS4 servers and therefore has been the reason why you were unable to play.

At the moment, I can confirm that this has been resolved and you should be able to connect without any issues.
