An ubi rep stating its being worked etc but that wont happen for another week

Same error for me. I get kicked out every 5 mins. You’d think Ubisoft had enough problems with this already that they’d let us play single player offline. Frustrating.

It lets me play a few minutes, enough to think it’s okay. Very frustrating when you don’t have much time to play. I know if I start playing another game I probably won’t come back to this one.

I’ve been playing with a friend and he lives 3 hours away from me and he’s having the same issue (mountain 00016) For the past 2 hours so I know the error isn’t on our end. Also why is it I can’t live chat with anyone at Ubisoft they make you select categories and when you get to the last 2 the live chat disappears that is straight up BS...!!!!!!
I want to know what the problem is now not 3 days from now SMH I’m about to boycott Ubisoft
