    I can't launch Far Cry Primal via Epic Games.

    I bought Far Cry Primal Apex Edition in Epic Games, installed with Uplay and tried to launch. But Uplay detected that games without any of DLC and suggested to install that game again. What's happened? Why does Uplay not find my purchased DLCs? I'm so sad, because I spent lots of money

    I'm sorry you're getting this issue. When Uplay prompts you to reinstall, are you able to try this?

    Yes. After installation and launching in Epic Games, Uplay suggest to install the game without DLC. Another games, which was bought in Epic, transferred properly. I can make a screenshot, that show my purchasing. Unfortunately, I am Russian and this site is also in Russian.

    Moreover, the game is installed and I can launch it, but Uplay can't find. If I try to indicate Uplay the place, where the game was installed (Epic version), the programme says that it can't find a game. It really hurts me because I am really fond of your companies' games.

    Same problem

    I have exactly the same problem. Bought and installed on Epic (APEX version), launched, Uplay offered install, i cancelled, trying find installed game, Uplay said broken or missing files, Uplay offered check the files, ok, but failed. I uninstalled Epic version, installed Uplay version, Uplay said I have standard edition not APEX, tried continue but nothing happened, just game's logo and rotating process mark. I start regreting my decision buy a game.

    I'm glad to say I resolve my problem (alone, as usual). I found similar trouble, another game, another forum. I have TV connected to PC as second monitor, cloned picture. Just turned it off in Nvidia control panel and game is now running, but no APEX.
