    [BUG] Eternal Patch Update Message of the Death

    I was away from the game for a few weeks. And this week I was about to play a bit to relax. There was a update. ok.
    Download was fine, I opened the game and...



    I was stuck at the Patch Update message.
    First I waited...a lot. No response.
    Then I checked the files (validation), still the same way.
    Checked everything...nothing.

    So I did the last thing...uninstalled, downloaded the game again and reinstalled.

    And even after this, I was stuck at the "Eternal Patch Update Message of the Death"...

    My week was kind of sad, and I just wanted to play and have some fun alone at PVE....

    My game was working fine, before.

    i had found this and worked for me

    Try to delete your config folder, which should be located in this location and try again?

    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2\

    Thank you for your feedback. I did what you asked, but didn't worked for me. =/

    The sad thing about this is, you tried to help me, but no answer from Massive... all my last posts reporting bugs, with videos and details of each of them, they didn't even have the time to answer something like: "ok, thank you and we'll check this out"

    But I am a fool to think that they owe me something, I already bought the game and made a lot of people buy it, even before the promotion that gave a game that had just completed a year, almost free.

    I paid full price, pre-order (Both games)...got the Warlods, I'm always supporting and trying to post here every bug to help fix the game...Yes, I'm frustrated...not angry, just frustrated.

    its been almost 2weeks since update and still stuck on patch i email customer support and tried ever work around haven't received a response or a fix i guess they just don't care if you are able to play or not. this is some bull ****.

    This worked for me or delete the lpm contents in folder but dont delete the folder

    Same here... Tried many fixes but it's always stuck. The support gave up i think they don't reply anymore lol
