If you have completed the troubleshooting steps in Uplay PC, I would advise reaching out to the Live-Chat team, so they can take the screenshots of your port forwarding.

Have you tried checking this page from another device, like the mobile app? Does the same issue persist via mobile?

Please choose another support method.» I tried to chat with support, but it is not available.=( «Have you tried checking this page from another device, like the mobile app?» I can only see the achievements page of my games in Uplay PC. There are only pages with Rewards and Challenges on the site and in the mobile application, but not the achievements.
