There are only pages with Rewards and Challenges on the site and in the mobile application, but not the achievements.

    Apologies I have gotten mixed up between Actions and Achievements.

    Live-Chat is the primary method of contact for Support during the current crisis, so it may be busy now, but if you keep checking back, you should be able to get in.
