june? wishful thinking..why is everyone assuming its june? ubiparis said expected summer 2020 release, ubiPARIS never mentioned june. summer goes from june - beginning of september. knowing ubiPARIS track record they ALWAYS release an update at the last minute. whos to say summer 2020 doesnt mean end of august.
you guys should know by now ubi is notorious for misleading its consumers.

when the update doesnt appear in june everyone here is gonna go up in arms talkin about "ubi said summer june etc etc...ubiparis lied again blah blah" nah ubi said "EXPECTED summer 2020", meaning it can be potentially be delayed again. there is no concrete release date.

always expect the worst with ubi, just be a pessimist when it comes to ubi, therefore when your expectations isnt met you wont be disappointed.

Our next update, TU 2.0.5, is currently in the works. This TU will be focused on bug fixing to help improve the player experience.

We know that the recurring DMR exploit has had a significant impact on our PvP and Raid players. We are working on a fix to address the current reproduction steps of the exploit for 2.0.5, while continuing our efforts to find a solution that will resolve the problem permanently.

did you bother reading rest of the post? the one you stated is for BUG FIXING. it says its in BOLD BLACK LETTERS. the one im talking about is UPCOMING NEW CONTENT in BOLD BLACK LETTERS. did you bother even reading rest of the post?
also thats just the dmr glitch. people who dont pvp dont care.

the AI teammates, bug fixes and new content is what players want and this affects ALL PLAYERS not just pvp dmr glitch. do you honestly think majority of the players care about dmr glitch if they are not pvping?

I'm not sure if I'm reading your tone here correctly. You asked why people are presuming "June". And I quoted Ubi's words that state "June". If you do have hostility in you, direct it at Ubi friend, not me.

What did we know last night?
We knew, Ubisoft claims they are working on bug fixes, and that they list of bugs they claim to be working on is mostly inconsequential, and entirely inadequate, but a main stay of their bug fixing efforts has been the DMR glitch.
We knew, Ubisoft would have more to share for us on AI teammates in year one.
We knew, Ubisoft would have more to share with us about upcoming content closer to it's release.

Come on , Crock, that is the first information released to the community that confirms the date of the AI team is within the first year. It is also the first time we have been notified about upcoming updates a few weeks in advance.

If we should be viewing that small amount of information as something to encourage positivity, that shows just how far standards have dropped because of this game. Some news is better than no news but there is nothing within that to be positive about, we don't know what capability ai team will have or what possibly could be another drone sponged event actually is.

I got into Wildlands in summer 2018, just over a year following release. I thought it was a great game but was aware there were a lot of shortcomings early on.

While this game will never get close to Wildlands, it’s interesting (and pretty sad) that it won’t really be full featured until its first birthday.

The takeaway after all is said and done here, is that I should always wait at least a year for any Ubisoft game before buying it to get the best experience it can offer.

AI teammates for real? That would be awesome! And looks like content to go with it. Summers not that far even if that means towards the end. Glad to finally hear something and it sounds great.

Wish they brought back the battle pass system maybe to earn the raid, pvp, and store items. Yes store item pay 2 win items just don't belong if you ask me.

Thanks for the post buddy. It's good they at least communicated 2 months prior to release. June is understandable due to the current crisis. However I think Breakpoint is in dire need of newer content to make the game feel fresh and new. Not in terms of missions, but guns, cosmetics, etc. I think those are fastest thing the debs can pump out to make the current game feel new rather than Overhauling it. Although I would love an Overhaul.

I don't know why they don't just start adding the weapons and gear from the already cancelled battle rewards to maria's store, it's already done and ready to go.

For me the game needs a overhaul before i will go back to it, the immersive mode added something for a few days but there is just to much fundamentally wrong with it at the moment.
