    Entire connection crashes

I'll try to explain this as fast as I can, because I literally tried to fix this 3 times now and I'm tired of writing things in these forums.

    Very simple
While and ONLY while playing For Honor in my ps4, sometimes, it makes my ENTIRE internet connection crash. It means that the router Literally RESETS.

Now, a week ago I did the port forwarding as one of your assistants suggested. The connection went PERFECTLY for an entire week. No crashes AT ALL.

So what happened today? Today it decided to crash 4 times. F o u r t i m e s. Even doing everything I could, like port forwarding, it still makes the entire commection crash.
It's getting pretty ridiculous, you know? Because with this Quarantine a stable internet connection is the only thing that is keeping us from going mad. And other people in my house W O R K with this new "smart working" system. It isn't easy.
Now, not only I had to do port-forwarding, that should've been UNNECESSARY since every single online game works just fine, but it still manages to crash.

I hope someone knows the answer to all of this, because It's been terribile annoying. It's literally like getting a DDoS from Ubisoft.

    Hey DaFreesy,

I am sorry to hear that you are encountering these issues with connectivity.

Whenever an issue with connectivity pops up, we do always advise that basic troubleshooting is followed.

I myself have never encountered instances of For Honor literally crashing an internet connection. Have you reached out to your ISP to see if there could be something on their end? When you play the game, are you doing so during periods were your housemates are working?

    Hey, Ubi-Swaggins

Last weeks it's been all the same, the game makes the entire connection crash every 1-2 hours. We entered in contact with our ISP only yesterday, but only because the connection didn't work for the entirety of the day. Today it's all back the same, it continues crashing.

To answer your question about playing while others are using the internet connection: sometimes yes and sometimes no. During the day, of course, we play while others are working or using the internet connection. But me and my brother play also during a little part of the night, approximately around 01:00 a.m, and the connection still crashes even if it's only the Ps4 using it.
What do you recommend to do next? Thanks for the support, hope to hear you soon.

    Hey DaFreesy,

Do these issues only occur when you are playing with a friend or do they happen when you play solo?

    Hey Ubi-Swaggins,

It happens in every situation: while I'm playing solo, while I'm doong training, while I'm on the menu, while playing with friends. No matter what.

    Hey DaFreesy,

Thanks for getting back to me. Do these issues occur in any other games?

I would advise that you re-open your support ticket with images of the completed port forwarding, so the team can take a closer look.

    Hey Ubi-Swaggins,

No this issue doesn't occur with any other game.

About the pictures, I don't think I understand correctly. Would you like me to send the screenshots here or create another post?

    Thanks for replying!

    Hey DaFreesy,

If you go back to our support website and re-open your case about this, then attach the image of your port forwarding in there.
