the assassin's perks are trash
why a character like bp or lawbringer for example who already has the highest health pool in the game has bastion last stand bulk up vengeful barrier that makes him super hard to kill .
which is great for these heroes and sync well with their feat's but compare it to assassins ?
while characters like PK Orochi and all assassin's with low health pool and reflex guard with one light attack parried potentially losing almost 40% of their hp have no perks whatsoever to compensate their weak defense
the assassin's have number of really useless perks like:
* galestorm: absolute trash perk
*survival instinct ( why would someone need stamina reduction if they are in critical health ?! a damage resistance or some sort of healing or damage buff is what needed
*early reaper
* crush them ( can be used for limited assassin's pick like berserker but overall compared to other classes its nothing
* clever tactics

Actually head hunter is useful when you get all the needed executions, this gives you 16 hp more, just to survive a extra light. It is meagre but she needs every hp to survive.
Is weaker than bulk up cause you need to execute every rival, with bulk up you just need renown. Land heavies with pk is very difficult so is also to obtain executions.
With my feats she gets as follows :
PK hp=120+25% of protection from thick skin (120/.75 because you are getting less damage) =160+16 from Headhunter is 176 approximately because thick skin is active every three seconds. This number is possible if you have a great blocking skill to permit the refreshing of Thick skin.
Obviously for thick skin you need to sacrifice the Revenge feat. So not many use it really, most prefer to obtain revenge easier.
Another build of mine use endurance and survival instinct she destroys noobs and decent players because she can actually keep pressure when wounded. Sadly you can't make it against good players they will punish you if you are offensive with her.
Finally, devourer is a must if your plan is to kill teams 1vs 4 with her. Bounty hunter synergy with devourer can keep you alive in the Worst scenarios (ganked by shamans, glads, BPs, hitos, jorgs and cents). You must be a little crazy like me as a rule to defying an entire team as her.
I think as an almost exclusive Assassin player that we need not to copy the heavies in their game style, we need perks that do better damage in more situations than the current ones. 30%? Hell no, give me 75%and a couple of more opportunities to use the bonuses and we can agree.
Damage perks are negated by characters with damage reduction feats/perks
yes headhunter and bastion are useful but they benefit more with last stand
if assassins had the perk besides it's the only good perks your gonna get
besides vengeful barrier. Tbf the perk system is by far the most lackluster replacement
in for honor's existence breach being number two because of server complications with the mode.
breach shoulda replaced dom but I mean the game can't handle a 30 minute timeframe.
