Problems with JD Unlimited and Identifying me on PS4
I have Just Dance 2016, purchased Just Dance Unlimited, and purchase Just Dance 2020 yesterday. It finally finished downloading and my Just Dance Unlimited isn’t loading on 2020 so I’m using the free trial. I never had to log into Ubisoft for my Just Dance Unlimited yearly account (this is my second year having it) so I’m not sure how this all works but as far as I’ve read, my purchased of Unlimited through PS4 should apply to my JD 2020 that I also purchased digitally through Playstore.
Also, when I’m starting some songs, a lot of the songs on 2020 don’t load at all and say they have to still install. 2020 just lags a lot in general, even though we have really good internet. The game also has trouble reading people on my PS4 Camera, so sometimes we just play as if there’s no one playing when there’s a room of three people.
How do I fix this? I was thinking of contacting Ubisoft to refund my JD Unlimited so I can repurchase in the 2020, to maybe sync it but I don’t see any contact info about any of these issues

Hello Cizzle5, welcome to the forums!
Sorry to hear that you are unable to access your songs from Just Dance 2016. The reason you are unable to access JDU is that your version of the game and JDU for Just Dance 2016 is not compatible with the other titles.
The latest Just Dance Unlimited is compatible with Just Dance 2020,2019,2018 and 2017. You can find this information here.
I hope it clarifies the situation and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.
