    Room number doesn´t exist

    Everytime i try to conect with a room number it says that it doesn´t exist... i have tried with diferent browsers... diferent wifi signals..but it always gives the same message.
    What can i do?

    I have the exact same issue. No matter what I try I keep getting the same message, "the room number does not exist". It is especially frustrating because it has worked previously without any issues. I have the VIP membership as well, which I am now cancelling because I cannot play the game I am paying for.

    Same problem for me.
    Which kind of room numbers do you get? I just get numbers starting with 5.... and they don't exist when I try to connect.
    I reported it to Ubisoft (via Twitter). They say they know this problem and are working on it. Today the website is offline...

    I think mine usually begin with 2. Sometimes it's 2 digits, sometimes 4, sometimes 5 but none of them ever work.

    With my wife's Macbook and my daughter's iPad (same network) it works. It's definitively something IN my Mac. I tried to restart, empty the cache.... it never works

    I have the same issue with using just dance now with using Chromecast. The day after I subscribed it started doing it. We restarted the internet router and Chromecast and that worked twice but then it stopped working altogether.

    Same Issue with iPhones and Apple TV

    I am having the same issue with iPhone and Apple TV. We got one iPhone to connect one day, but since then nothing will connect. I can dance by myself using the Apple TV remote, but I don’t think it’s as accurate. It is driving me crazy bc my sister and I can’t play at the same time. I just bought the game for a year, then found tons of issues and feel like I got

    Solved with the new release (3.6.0.). It took more than one month, in the meantime my subscription expired. Unbelievable!
