    Mandatory exfiltrate (suggestion)

    I would like there to be a mandatory exfiltrate objective to finish base objectives like gathering intel or assassinations or at least a reason to exfiltrate before fast travel is accessible.

    The reason why is it takes away alot of the challenge when i can just fast travel from within an enemy base. If i complete an objective and die immediately, i am left feeling a bit ripped off, now i cant perfect that run because i am given the mission complete even though i died right after killing the target or gathering intel. I didnt get out of the base with the intel so i would think that would be mission failed not a success.

    It just makes the missions anti climactic when i am given the success so easily. Any input on this topic will be appreciated.

    Mission completion only after successful exfiltration would be cool. I fully support this idea.

    MGSV had this nailed. Presumably Ubi have already drawn a circle around all of the compounds as the cut off point for when Azrael drones can start spawning on you in the wilderness again, they might be able to use that as the point of successful exfil dependent on whether player is in a state of no alert / suspicion / combat

    It is in conflict with game auto-save. It would require to not save game until mission is finished. Otherwise if game was saved after killing target or gathering intel and we die after that, we start again with mission already completed now. Exfil would be a nice addition making game more immersive.
