How does ranked duels system works?

I don't get it actually. Why my friends are getting 14% per win and I'm getting only 3%. That's kinda dishonest.

It operates under the ELO system. I think you get it based on your current rank, the opponent's current rank, the exact differences between your points, and probably on the number of your played ranked duels too. Maybe the exact results make a difference as well (difference between a 3-0 and a 3-2).

No! I'm the exact same rank, I'm usually winning 3-0. I can't say that I played that much ranked duels.

The lower your rank is, the harder it is to rank up from wins against identically ranked players. If your friend is in Gold while you're in Bronze, that % you gave would make sense.
