    "Patch data updated." screen.

There was a recent update for the Division 2 game and ever since then my game will not go any further than this "Patch data updated." screen. I was wondering if there was someone who has a solution to this. Or a link/thread to a solution to follow. I have a support ticket opened for this for about a day, but haven't gotten a reply, yet.
I have tried restarting the game. Verifying files. Reinstalling the game and launcher. Booting the PC. Firewall Off/On. Updated Uplay just today, then repeating.
I'll try to answer any questions or reply to comments to the best that I can. I just play games on a computer.
Below is a link to an image of that screen.
    Thanks.

    More Info/Talking to myself

Was collecting my thoughts on this and remembered that this had happened last year, too. I know it happened right after an update had been released, just not sure which one. I stopped playing for some months. After that I updated the Division 2 before the WoNY, and it was working fine. Until the patch in April 21, 2020. My other games work, Division 2 isn't.
Here are some stuff that I've tried so far.
Restarting the game. Verifying files. Reinstalling game and launcher. Restarting the PC. Reinstalling MVS C++ redistributables. Updating windows and graphics driver.
I don't recommend doing the things listed above on your own. Some of them were instructed by ubisoft support in an effort to troubleshoot this "update" screen. You can try opening a case for your issue, too, if you want. I currently have one open and we are trying to solve this.
    Have a good day, everyone!

    More info and jibberish

The support team had me do some other things to check my side, but still didn't work. But the last thing we did check was that a folder was a missing a folder. And the multiple re-installs of the game and launcher didn't generate that folder. And the verifying files didn't seem to work, either. We are stuck there. Hopefully, the team can solve this asap. Stay safe. Stay healthy.

    Some more jibber jabber.

    Thanks, UbiT00n. I didn't realize that. That's a little embarrassing.

I opened up Uplay and an update was needed. After updating the launcher, the game seemed to be working fine as it has become playable. The was no new graphics driver update. A few windows updates were ready, but not installed. Verifying files still finished successfully as it did before the update.
After installing the windows updates, the game is still playable. Unfortunately, this "update screen" issue doesn't seem to have a better solution, as far as I know.
Since, the game is working, I'll just hop on, for now. Hopefully, the support and dev teams will find a way to solve this issue. I'm pretty sure the are others who need help. If you have a solution, throw it in the comments. And thanks again, UbiT00n! Have fun, everyone!
