Few things regarding control points.

1.After increasing a control point to level 3 and if i log out and login again will it be at the same level all the time?.
2. I got a high end weapon blue print for completing CP Level 3. - > How to get exotic weapon blueprints / mods that are displayed in crafting bench.?

Few things regarding control points.

1. No. Alert levels will reset back down to 1 upon logout. Same thing if you leave the DC/NY map to go to DC/NY or another offsite activity, or server transition to join a friend's session.
2. Exotic blueprints, well, this depends on the situation. Exotics are all attained in different ways. For the upgrade and re-roll blueprints, all you really have to do is obtain the exotic through a drop and Inaya will sell you the appropriate blueprints. For exotics that you want to craft, usually you have to do something to find that blueprint, whether it come from a loot box, enemy drop, or project.

Weapon mods do not fall under the category of exotics though, the same level 3 CP you did for the weapon blueprint also has a chance of giving you a weapon mod blueprint. However the blueprint you are given upon capture of the CP is randomized.

Change global difficulty:
Hard : level 2
Challenging : level 3
Heroic : level 4

And they will remain this way until you change difficulty.
