I have been having the same issue for the past few days. I've tried uninstalling, unplugging the router, etc. Nothing has worked. I consistently lose connection after a few minutes. Additionally, my account is the only account with this problem (I play on PS4). My brother is not having this issue, but he is on the same PS4. I just wanna play the game bruh.
Earlier today I contacted Ubisoft support, but they haven't replied yet. I guess we'll see what happens. Nice to know I'm not the only one with this issue.
This issue has been forwarded to the development team already, who is currently working on fixing it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, can you please try following the steps [URL=https://ubi.li/MbY6y]listed here, especially the part about port forwarding.
Can you please also try temporarily disabling UPnP on your router as well? If this does not help, please re-enable it.
Iif you are still having issues after these steps, please can you contact out to our support team with the following -
a screenshot of your forwarded ports from your router/modem
launcher logs
network info and the name of your ISP.
