I have to ask this but do the enemies on at least heroic seem harder to kill and seem to hit harder after TU9 or is it just my group thinking it? We were running heroic control points and missions before TU9 and it was a little rough but after it seems a good bit harder. I know they nerfed some stuff but even with my build that they didn't nerf anything on I feel like I am dumping FAR more ammo into the enemies and I have been running out of ammo more since TU9.

What about group scaling? All these pics and vids are always 1 vs game. I know it is easier to do a heroic mission with 2 or 3 people compare to a full squad. I find all these videos and pics misleading. I can do CP4 all day on heroic alone or with a friend even missions. But that group scaling is the thing that kicks you in the rear

They toned down group scaling some time ago. Any more toning down and we will be back to TU7 difficulty level. No, thanks. Difficulty levels are fine now imo.

Swapping M1A with Mk17 altogether with Fox's and Constructor gears nerfs reduced my DPS by 25%. This is a lot.

Played a few hours today, first decent session since TU9 and enemy npc's are definitely hitting way harder.
I used to have my armour stripped in 5-6 seconds if I was exposed but now its half that, fire is doing more damage and those suicide runners kill me instantly where as before I would just survive long enough to heal myself.
I haven't changed my build for about 2 weeks, it's not tanky at all, more of a skill build but the point is I haven't changed anything but I'm taking much more damage than before TU9 so they've definitely done something.
Whether or not it was intentional I don't know but either way it needs fixing, this game quickly becomes very tedious when you can't kill an elite npc without putting two 100 round lmg clips into them and as usual they blind fire you with a sub and melt you with 5 rounds...
    ridiculous

Yes my EB takes less than a Mag to kill an elite on heroic open world, so however long that is, I have a bit more CHD 189% No chest talent bonus for EB as I was running Focus for the rifle but last night I tried Obliterate so see how that goes.
    Vig on BP.

These 2 issues are infuriating. The blind firing BS is just that: BS. No NPC should be able to blind fire with any amount of accuracy, let alone kill you. And being set on fire is practically a death sentence if you're not at full armor/health, and even sometimes when you are. You should be able to roll away and put out the fire, even without the Stop, Drop, and Roll talent they took away.

    No Coyote mask.
I don't use a Fenris piece in the build, trying more CHD rather than the 10% AR damage, not sure what is best currently. 3 prov, 1 ceska, 1 grupo and 1 overlord. Rolls are all very good for CHC and CHD, so I only have CHD mods on mask, chest and backpack, 5% CHD mode on M1A too.

If I stick with the M1A, Focus talent, and Eagle Bearer I get 59.8% CHC, 193.2% CHD with the M1A and 60% CHC, 189.2% CHD with the Eagle.

Can still get 58.3% CHC and 177% CHD for the Eagle if I use a Fenris piece but just playing around with dps builds currently for the Eagle, got the Hollowman last night so will see if that is any better with the extra health though it wasn't a great CHC role on it, Just 3.3% and I will need to roll WD on it as its armour currently

    Edit.
Quick shooting range test and using a Fenris is better for damage and higher crit damage so will work around that.
