If it helps I have Comcast and live in Georgia. Also I'd like to say that I'm finally able to get back on For Honor 🙌🙌 . It took me 3 uninstalls and reinstalls of the game and a lil waiting after the 3rd reinstalled and getting kicked and then trying again later. Idk why or what it is however I'd say try to keep uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and see if it finally resets itself

I deleted all the friends on my friends list after someone mentioned that had resolved their problem, maybe try doing the same thing and seeing if it works again within a few hours. Write down your friend's usernames first so you can re-add them later.
I've been able to play since prior to my post yesterday, I'm not having any more issues so far.
This issue has been forwarded to the development team already, who is currently working on fixing it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, can you please try following the steps in the article below, especially the part about port forwarding?
If you pla on PC
If you play on XBox One
If you play on PS4
Can you please also try temporarily disabling UPnP on your router as well? If this does not help, please re-enable it.
