    PS4 Physics Bug

So I’m experiencing a weird physics bug.

I cannot say exactly how to replicate it, but at this moment, sometimes after doing Stadium Races, the bike physics starts to go haywire.

After some time playing, the Mantis and the Helium feels like they have very heavy wheels. You can feel that the movement front to back and leaning in jumps is really jerky and heavy. The only way I found to rectify it is to quit and restart the game, after which everything is normal again for a little while.

To try and explain it better, imagine riding the mantis with a 50 gallon tank of water on it, and the water moves back and forth whilst riding. It helps to make huge bunny hops, but it also makes it difficult to do certain tracks

EDIT: Think I found it! If anyone has done the Mr Frosty Achievement/Trophy. That’s EXACTLY what it feels like!

    Hey,

Would a video be able to show the difference / issue with it?

If so, could you provide a link to it if you can create a clip using the share button.

This is interesting because just yesterday I was playing the track "Nyet Problem" and suddenly the bike would feel real heavy and I couldn't make the first (short) jump, then the bike would feel light and overshoot the jump. I was like "what the heck is going on here", so I quit and restarted the track and it was fine.

Do you think a video would be able to show the issue? Or is it something you can only feel when playing?

I think in my case a video would have shown it but I can't reproduce it and it only happened a couple times, then went back to normal.
(I am on PC - BTW)
