So i only just discovered my twitch inventory

I won a large sum of steel about 2 years ago which i had no knowledge of, and had since then been playing for honor on PC from ps4

How do I redeem the steel in my twitch inventory to my PC account?

Regretfully, as you have the game on PS4 as well, we are unable to transfer the content onto PC
