this kind of bug happened for me on the tombs righting rogues in the Front entrance after you beat the Judge, if you get teleported because of rogues it teleports you inside a locked room, and just makes you loose the rogue fight by default, which i find very unfair, but it isn't as bad as softlocking compleetly
