Hey there guys!
Firstly, thank you for sharing all of your workaround. Hunaid786 makes a great suggestion in terms of uninstalling overclocking software (such as Rivatuner/MSI Afterburner, as we have found that these can interfere with some of our game files), and updating Microsoft Visual C++ and your DirectX versions. These are troubleshooting steps that we have suggested to players previously, and have helped to resolve the issues, so I'm glad to hear that it has helped some of you on this thread.
We would also recommend verifying your files and running programmes as administrator. You can check out this troubleshooting article for more steps.
Directx is often installed automatically after the first start. If it is not up to date then try to download the latest version and install it. This problem is rare but it should auto uplay as soon as you start it the first time.
Ps don't use icons when starting the game open u-play and start the game from your library.
Hello! Thank you for your suggestions, you make some great points.Originally Posted by Robele1995 Go to original post
The steps to resolve such an issue can often be found in the support article above. Making sure everything is up-to-date, game files are OK, no software is conflicting and your supporting software is installed are all very important.
All the best!
