Think we should give up on Breakpoint and Just Update Wildlands instead.

I think both Breakpoint and Wildlands are built on the Anvil next engine. I think Breakpoint is just too much work or even a dead end of a game. Wildlands however has a better world and AI, I think we could make wonders with this game. The animations, both melee and player in game movement, as well as the leg odd leg shifting in the cover is dog doo doo just port over Breakpoints animations and that would be fixed. Honestly the camera angle isn't bad, but it isn't the best and would benefit from some adjustable in game settings. Character models in Breakpoint should also be ported over except for that horrible Battle Belt, Wildland's character models have their heads looking like thumbs. Gunplay and recoil is really not that hard to fix. Other than that you have a Wildland's remastered.

They're different engines, Wildlands is Anvil, Breakpoint is Anvil 2.0.

I agree, if you ported over the animations, movement, non guided mode, all customisable options, the injury mechanics, gun play, bodies not disappearing and AI searching for you mechanic from BP to WL, I think it would be an awesome game.

Seems quite a lot about BP I like so in fact just port over the whole story, world and weather from WL to BP and you're good to go.

100% agree. I mean for the love of Wildlands, at least unlock the clothing camos like the carbon, snow digital, Pencott GZ, etc and the t shirts that require challenges to unlock them when the challenges no longer exist. Unlock the items locked by the mercenary mode since no one is playing it. I mean... at the very least! Right?

Oh what's that now Two (2) different engines don't want to see another point saying they are the same especially when there was re-coding happening.

    100%

Breakpoint is OK. But it’s just too buggy man and has other problems besides that...

I would love if they added more stuff to WL’s.

I would love to see an option to disable health regen in Wildlands and have health kits. I think something like this was in the Mercenaries mode.

And I would pay money for the damn FG Knife for the main campaign.

Wildlands and Breakpoint both use the AnvilNext 2.0 engine.

No worries but it makes it all the more baffling to me as to why some things in GRB are worse than GRW like the vehicles.

Personally, with the obvious limitation on time, it would have made more sense to make a GRW2 using GRW as a solid foundation. They could have made improvements to the AI mechanics, weaponsmith, NPCs, a more detailed damage model, weight system, created a new story, added new locations, expanded the map, etc.

Instead they went and reinvented the whole game using mechanics no one asked for. They clearly ran out of time and even if they get rid of the bugs I don't think it would have done much better given all the other changes that have proven to be so unpopular.

Playing Wildlands now and it just makes it harder for me to even launch Breakpoint again.

Hard to believe the same studio made both games.
