And they are getting away without punishment for using damage glitch and also provided proof. Been doing that for weeks and they are still roaming around unpunished? I get it you won't disclosed any result of their punishment but bruh I'm in the same clan as them?
I can't comment on the report, that is something Ubisoft themselves would handle, and I don't know what rank you are in your clan, but if you are a lieutenant or even the commander, it sounds as if you need to take charge and remove these people from your clan if you feel they are giving your clan a bad name.
If you're not a leader in your clan, talk to your leaders about these people and petition to have them removed.
General rule, don't keep them as company if you dislike them. Disassociating yourself from them and your clan is a fitting enough punishment.
I see.Originally Posted by khalimb Go to original post
Well then, I guess the biggest question you have to ask is: "Do I really want to be in a clan where even the leaders cheat and break the rules?"
If you never cheated and don't support it, best thing to do is to leave that clan. And yes, that is the one power you DO have as a member of that clan. Just select yourself in the clan member list. And if anyone from the clan asks you about it, you don't owe them an answer. They made their choice to be dishonest and furthermore, dishonorable. They need only look at themselves as to why you left.
What I'm trying to say is: Remove yourself from the situation, regardless of whatever punishment will be doled out to them. There are tons of other clans out there. I'd hate to see you end up in a situation where you have to remain with them and be unhappy with what they've done.
Why are you surprised? Given the state of the game with all the bugs and glitches, I doubt that Massive's developers have opposable thumbs, let alone have the capability to develop an anti-cheat system. I know for a fact that many people in my clan who glitched the damage to cheese legendaries for bighorn and actually have it did not get banned. But the people who joined them to farm the missions were banned. And massive says "we personally looked at your account data before banning you". We all know that's a load of crap!Originally Posted by khalimb Go to original post
I have contacted support and reported 2 players (with screenshot while using glitch).
They replied that they would take action against anyone who used the glitch but that they can t disclose with me the results of the investigation.
Of course they are playing while I write this.
They just don't want to ban certain accounts..
I have uninstalled the game the day I found out about some people not being banned.Originally Posted by godhelpme89 Go to original post
I will be happy to play again once Massive will show some interest in making this process fair and equal to everyone.
I just don't feel the game competitive anymore knowing that a lot of players have the best rolls/weapons/gear having used the glitch for weeks. ( I am talking about respawn glitch too..)
Why should I try to compete with them in the new raid?
I played in a really competitive team (we have done raid on ps4 in under 10 mins) and we like challenging other teams, but now, unless they put us all back to the 17of March it lost everything.
I have reported players, sent screenshot but still no sign of any action taken, therefore they will never see me again.
I am still on the forum hoping for a second wave of bans, but no signs about it.
Hey khalimb,
Have you tried to report them through Support?
Also, I'd ask the leader of the clan to kick them if you feel they are upsetting the goal of the clan.
Also liuus86,
You have done the right thing in reporting players via support and leaving screenshots. I'm sure someone will be able to look into this soon for you.
Please note that due to the current circumstances, support are quite busy but are working to report back to players.
