    Can't access my bought game.

    Hello guys,
    I bought yesterday a game FarCry4 on Origin, and during installation i selected something wrong with Ubisoft account.. idk..
    And now i don't have this game on my uPlay app. When I tried to activate the game with serial code, i got this error: "This CD key is already used by another Ubisoft account."
    I would like to know for which account/email it was acctivated.
    I didn't activate anything before.
    Could you help me please to solve this issue.

    hi to fix an issue like that you'll need to open a support ticket with Ubi Support

    to open a support ticket / case

    Ubisoft also has online support options via Facebook or Twitter in case you have those apps installed ..to check on updates to your support ticket.

    as well as a Live chat support option Via the main support site that may be able to assist you

    as they will not and can not do online account support over any open forum due to security and trying to keep your account info secure

    We would need to speak to you privately regarding the matter and you'll need to send us your CD key and proof of purchase when you contact us so we can look it up.
