CPU and ram will be fine
your vid card no probably not gonna work well at all
the GT 710 was an entry level GPU its NOT very powerful at all and in fact = weaker the the minimum supported GPU a GTX 460
the 710 was best used for business apps and web browsing..not gaming ,and GT series cards are not supported .. only GTX models are
so i would get a better vid card if you wanna play far cry 4
your GT 710 card comes with DDR 3 ram on it and only has a 64 bit memory bus and a memory bandwidth of 14.4 gig a second
vs a GTX 460 has GDDR 5 ram on it , and is 256 bit memory bus and memory bandwidth of 115.2 gig a second ..yes over 9 times faster then your current GPU
see http://www.pchardwarelinks.com/video.htm
so yea invest in a better vid card
cards i have here , that i have used with FC 4
AMD HD 7750 1 gig sapphire card .. ran the game fine with a mix of med to high settings in 720 P the night the game shipped in 2014
upgraded that to an ASUS AMD R9 270 X 2 gig GPU , game ran fine with high settings in 1080 P
, then a ASUS STRIX GTX 960 4 gig card ..game ran fine with mix of high and ultra settings in 1080 P
then my current card is a 6 gig Gigabyte GTX 1060 , runs the game perfect in ultra settings in 1080 P
you should be able to find a deal on a used r 9 270 X card on e bay or even a used GTX 660 or 760 , 960 card on e bay if your low on bucks .. or buy a GTX 1650 or better Nvidia card or a new AMD rx 570 or 580, 590 card
they would all be compatible with your current CPU and ram , but i dunno bout your case .. hence i mentioned the 1650 as that card does come in a low profile model now ..and would be a nice vid upgrade for you
MSI makes a good one that even uses GDDR 6 memory now and comes in low profile in case your PC case is small
