We invite ACTIVE players to the experienced cohesive team of Ukraine CHE!
We have:
☑️ Adequate fair leadership and a good atmosphere in the team;
☑️ A close-knit team of ~30-35 active players (14-24 lvl, 40% in gold, 60% in silver);
☑️ In Team Wars we usually take prizes, play in the silver league, currently 2200+ crowns;
☑️ Own system for distributing caps using survey of personal cards level, we always take 100% of the effect of caps on the team;
☑️ Closed all team events;
☑️ Almost always all card requests are closed;
☑️ Internal rating to assess the contribution to the team (by TW indicators, events, gifts);
☑️ Regular cleaning of the team from inactive players at the bottom of the rating and / or with complete inactivity, we don't hold excess ballast;
☑️ All communication and discussion are in a Telegram chat;
☑️ We share experience and advice with beginners, help with decks, etc .;
☑️ Mostly adult players.
The requirements to you are simple:
◉ Level 14+, rating 3900+ (if lower - first write to the chat using the link below, we can lower the requirements for active ones);
◉ Participation in the war of teams (voting, 3 packs of caps, fights) is necessary!
◉ Activity in events and gift cards (there are no specific minimum requirements, but there is a rating for a general assessment of activity and those at the bottom are the first candidates for removal);
◉ Adequate communication and behavior;
◉ Knowing russian/ukrainian language is desirable;
◉ Warn in advance in case of absence (to don't be removed from the team for inactivity).
