Is this just the new reality in this game? Consistent lag switchers and/or latency players who run high latency's in bouts? Is there not a way for the system to boot people who are running 150-200 latency while other players are all running 20-60? I see constant issues with it and players who teleport around and hit you without anyway to react.

Are there any active attempts to deal with it?

They just removed the ping cap 100ms+ before was been kickd from match, i dont know why they removed it, now my im fighting with many flash's ( guys with 150ms+), 80% the guys that know has high ping are using heavies character, their attacks become very fast and the HA helps a lot anyway
