Nothing new. I already have this for many weeks.

Probably a bug. This game is full of bugs.

The black raid crates contain raid specific items that are not specifically a boss drop. If you're getting nothing from the boxes it means you already have all the items obtainable from the boxes.

Once you exhaust the loot pool, they are empty. I haven't gotten anything out of a black chest for months. You can check your cosmetic tab to see what is left to find. Once you basically have all the drops you can ignore the chests.
