    Seriously Low FPS

    Hi.

    So, I think I have fairly decent PC (Ryzen 5 2600, Radeon Rx 5700, 16GB RAM) but the game doesn´t seems to go higher than 18-20 fps (no matter the settings). Both gameplay and menu (which is the most surprising part, the menu)
    Everything is up to date: windows, GPU drivers, mobo, the game itself...
    Don´t have any programs running in the back or overlays.
    Every game works fine except this one.
    I have installed the Breakpoint trial and it runs well, perfectly normal but Wildlands doesn´t.

    Please Help

    Hey there.

    Can you try running a clean boot just to be absolutely sure there's nothing interfering with the game first of all, please? I understand you don't think there's anything running but just in case.

    Did a clean boot, still performing the same...
    Re installed while on clean boot, same thing...

    New ideas/suggestions?

    I believe we will need to look deeper into your system specifications before we can understand the cause. You certainly have a good system but I'm sure there is an explanation for this.

    I understand you have tried multiple settings. As of now, please answer the following -

    - What resolution are you playing at?
    - How high are your in-game settings? (Images may be beneficial)

    Your system file reports will help us the most. If you'd be so willing, please also provide these -

    - A MsInfo report: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21216/
    - A DxDiag report: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21185/

    This support article explains how to submit the requested files to us: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000025876/

    You may only be able to open a case with Live Chat at this time, due to current world events. Once you're able to send the files in a support ticket, feel free to provide us with the case number so we can check it

    I'm running it at 1920x1080, the same resolution as my monitor.
    No matter what settings I choose the game still performs the same...

    Thank you very much. Sorry for the delay, I'm returning to you as soon as I can.

    After reviewing your system files everything looks fine to me. There are some crash reports with your ntdll system file which could indicate a small corruption.

    I recommend performing a System File Checker: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...rrupted-system

    If the issue remains after that I would suggest we now allow our technical team to investigate further for you in your support case. Nothing else screams out to me but they will be able to investigate deeper.

    Hello , i have the same exact problem , my game doesnt go above 40fps not even in game menu , doesnt matter wich settings i use , and the problem is only in this game.

    Ryzen 5 3600
    RTX 2060
    16gb ddr4 3200

    Ive tryed everything possible , had a chat with support too , its just bad optimised game , this is on your side , and you should try to fixx ur game..
