So, with the achievement "Gotta Get'em All" discontinued for Just Dance 2020 because it stops at 91%, nobody in this world unlocked it, legit. Whomever unlocked that achievement used cheats and mods to do it. That is 100% true. Real players do not not cheat.
Hello RadiantTypeX! I apologize for this inconvenience. If you're having trouble with this achievement unlocking, please contact Xbox Support. Ubisoft Support does not have access to their back-end services and tools, which would be required in this case.

Hi RadiantTypeX,
I'm sorry that you feel that way.
So for clarification, we have no access to player achievements directly as this would require access to Xbox Accounts which is something only Xbox/Microsoft have.
I believe there may have been some confusion in our original response, as the agent likely believed that you had met the requirements, but not received the achievement. It seems instead that you are reporting an issue with the achievement progress not being tracked. Would that be correct?
Have you tried checking your progress off against guides for this achievement, I can see a few that are available for this on some third party achievement sites.
Look here. Nothing you say, nothing you do will help. Ubisoft is responsible for this and I have the real proof. How dare you victimized those achievement hunters looking for a way to unlock them when they cannot be synced. Also, I can't my game saves because the unlockables are saved forever. I can't reset the servers. Ubisoft, stop victimizing all of us achievement hunters There are no guides to this issue. My profile is scarred forever from this Just Dance 2020 damaged achievements. Nobody can get it if stuck at 91% because you cannot delete unlocked items from the machines no matter what you do. Once unlocked, forever unlocked and if achievements left untracked, it it is gone forever. I cannot delete that part of the game save. All it does when I delete it is erases the All-Stars Mode progress.Originally Posted by Ubi-Baron Go to original post
As I have advised you in this thread, and as my colleagues have advised as well, only Microsoft can assist with regard to achievement-based issues. We have no ability to investigate nor influence these, as they do not belong to a platform we own or control.Originally Posted by RadiantTypeX Go to original post
As a trophy hunter myself (but on the PlayStation side of things!) I fully appreciate that achievements such as these can be frustrating to obtain or else time-consuming, but as is, we cannot take any further action. I can only advise continuing to try and work towards the achievement where possible, and contact Microsoft for more information and assistance.
As with your other thread, I will now lock this one, as there is nothing further that we can do in this instance. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and / or disappointment.
