Why Division 2 Clans are Important... Even if You're Not a Social Gamer

Like in most MMO games, there are certain social aspects in Division 2 that you can and SHOULD be taking advantage of.

The number 1... is a consistently active clan.

With Division 2, the clan features are unlocked fairly early in the game after recruiting Grace Larson from a nearby settlement. Some gamers love the clan scene and can't wait to get in and play with like-minded individuals. Others can complete the entire thing and never have any urge to be in a clan.

    And that's fine...

But if you are currently playing Division 2... and aren't in a clan... Here are the top reasons you should be.

#1 Missions are Easier with teammates
If you are in an active clan, then it is incredibly easy to send out a quick message saying that your completing Mission "XYZ" and could use a hand. Now, it is possible to use matchmaking and get a few people on your team, but these will be randoms that you've never played with before. You don't know their play style, and they don't know yours. You've never had any type of interaction with players and that can make things a little confusing.

Most active clans within the game also have a discord server that they use for communication outside of the game. This makes getting to know your clan mates easier and more fun for everyone.

    #2 Faster mission completion
Not only will completing missions with players you already know be more enjoyable but if you recruit the help of a player who is leveled higher and has completed more of the campaign, then you are tapping into more than just a teammate. You're getting actual experience on your side.

Matchmaking will put you in teams with players that are generally equal to your experience and level.

    #3 Clan Loot
Your clan has the ability to level up and earn certain rewards or "caches" for game progression. The higher the level, the better the caches. There are weekly projects you can complete to earn experience towards higher levels as well as bounties.

You can get some pretty awesome stuff from a high-level clan!

You don't have to complete weekly projects, but it certainly helps your clan to level up faster. As long as your clan has a bunch of ACTIVE members, your clan will earn experience points.

    Find an ACTIVE clan

In Division 2, there is a maximum of 50 members. You're going to want to find a clan that is full of ACTIVE Members... not some that are just taking up space and not contributing toward higher clan ranks and better rewards. Otherwise, your clan is useless.

You can find active clans by searching through forums, reddit posts, and social media groups.

If you're not in a clan and want to join one, then I encourage you to check out my current clan. Just search "Angelic Outcasts" within the "Join a clan" screen in Division 2. Even if your clan isn't active enough, we'd be excited to have you regardless of your game progression

We're EXTREMELY ACTIVE and have a large group that play EVERY SINGLE Night and some during the day as well. We love taking in brand new players and helping them power through the campaigns and level quickly**.** Currently, we're level 22 and just recently had the max of 50 players, but we clean out our roster of any inactive players that way we can be sure that everyone is getting the absolute best experience from the Clan.

We also have an Amazing Discord where daily shenanigans are had, not just for Division 2, but for other games that we enjoy together like Call of Duty, Apex, Overwatch, Destiny 1 and 2, and a few more!

If you're interested in joining just our Discord... that works too! We have tons of fun and are active... sometimes a little too much!

So don't be afraid to hop on in chat us up! https://discord.gg/YqpudB5

Thank you for posting this, I really appreciate the information. I have been currious about joining a clan and wondering about the benefits of doing so.
