    Crosshair/hit registration problem(bakers dozen)

My crosshair sometimes doesn't turn red when over an enemy, it often stays white and it has even turned green a few times when over an enemy, hits are not registering when it's white or green, I was using a bakers dozen rifle when it happened and I've noticed it happening a few times now, on one occasion causing multiple wipes at the end of a 4 player bank headquarters mission on heroic where my crosshair kept turning green over enemies.

LOL. I actually made a hit registration comment in my thread that also comments on the stated RPM of rifles and how you have to wait a second or 2 for the game to allow you to fire. If you try to spam bullets (regardless of RPM) the game will not register anything, even if you are hovering on the body of the NPC.
All rifles should be about 50 RPM or Ubisoft should greatly increase the fire rate and hit registration to match the posted specs.

I could hover my crosshair over enemies without firing at all and it would stay white or turn green as if over a friendly.

Saw a video on this from a streamer on YT. His was mainly in the DZ with NPC's but seems its in missions too. He said he has notified the devs
