I just want to play regularly nothing else and enjoy in something that i loved for so long.

Myself,I would get it..Especially since Getting suspended or banned or whatever, had nothing to do with owning the expansion or not.. You can bet that some people that were still on gear score at level 30 got hit with a suspension also that didn't own the expansion..
There is no DZ in New York..

If you liked Division 1, it's a good chance you'll enjoy it in Warlords of NY..Even if you never played Division 1, it's still a good expansion.. plus it opens up a lot more content, like the global events and leagues and apparel events and so on..
just a lot more stuff to do..

I read that some players got baned because they used glitch unconsciously (that was some kind of bug in game).

And i am very confused that this could possibly happen to me as well.

And how to respond towards support if comes to this eventually.

I am very passionate about this game since first sequel and love to play it honestly.

Do you want to beta test an unfinished, broken, buggy, unbalanced game? Then sure. Slap that money down right now for Warlords of New York: EARLY ACCESS!

Honestly, if I was able to I'd refund it and wait 6 months for covid to finish and Massive to get back in the office and clean up their game.

They definitely didn't use it unconsciously. Just in real life, people that face punishment are prone to lie and come up with all sorts of ridiculous excuses.

And i am very confused that this could possibly happen to me as well.

Just don't exploit and you'll be fine, I don't know anyone that exploited and due to that I don't know anyone that was banned either.

And how to respond towards support if comes to this eventually.

Won't come to that if you don't exploit, so no need to worry.

Bugs are there like in all games of this nature, balance adjustments are incoming and contrary to popular claim it really isn't half as bad as people portray it to be.
I'm having loads of fun, easily one of the best DLCs to a game ever if you factor in hours of enjoyment/price.

Its an awesome and exciting dlc with lots of neat looking areas and great music. That you only get to see once. After completion, most of the map is locked off (causing problems with the bounties) and you can LITERALLY only do 4 missions out of all the dlc ones you did.

Oh and the actual "final" boss fight is cheap and will have you tearing out your hair because of annoyance.

It's widely recognized that the bans were full of false positives and false negatives. There are tons of incidents of people's wives/husbands/alliance mates being falsely flagged because they happened to play with someone who was using the glitch, and of people who have admitted using the glitch ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSMekUWOcog&t=17s ) and not been banned. This arbitrary nature of the detection method, which the devs have not acknowledged, is very problematic for a lot of people, and not only those who were punished, rightly or wrongly.

In addition, everyone was penalized the exact same way, regardless of whether someone seriously abused an infinite boss kill glitch (as in Sleepyo's case, video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRbBkhg4OU0&t=105s ) or just ran a single heroic with a dps glitch.

This combination of these decisions, on top of a litany of serious, unaddressed bugs, the knowledge that the dps glitch, among others, is still in the game, inexperienced designers and community managers on State of the Game discussing decreasing the power (nerfs) of some of the Division's few desirable items, has already driven a lot of people from the game and also has a lot of people questioning whether or not this is a game worth investing in.

I hope we hear some ownership from the Devs on Tuesday and some reassurance about the future of the product. But until then, buyer beware.

Game is fun. Worth buying. Some major changes recently which some agree with, some don't. I really feel like the biggest issue is still the same it's always been, RNG. They've made changes here but drop rates are more difficult than ever in my own experience.

Difficultly is also majorly adjusted to being harder than it was. Bullet sponge NPCs that hit so hard all your defense and healing are laughable. Sometimes, things seem not so bad. I don't know why.

If you play the game for story on easy difficulty, everything for the most part is peachy. If you try to attain the best stuff the game has to offer, you will suffer. If you want everything the game has to offer, good luck.
