    Bounty Locations

This has to be something that's come up time and time again, but for the love of God, WHY do bounty locations so rarely actually show up in the zone you select them from? If you're going to have ongoing events like these manhunts, where it's required to do a bounty specifically within a certain zone, why would you not make sure it was possible to plan for it? Every bounty I select seems to end up the next zone over, just far enough across the line to no longer count toward the manhunt investigation, and there are zero clues to let you know that's going to happen so that you can just cancel it and check a different bounty. Why place a bounty marker in a zone, if that zone has nothing to do with the bounty at all?

Has anyone found any way at all to get around this broken system? It'd be one thing if this was a new issue that had just recently been broken in a patch or something, but this is a problem that runs all the way back to the launch of this game, and it STILL hasn't been addressed. I appreciate that manhunts were added to give us something semi-meaningful to do in endgame other than endlessly farming for loot, but since bounties are an unskippable part of those, it's made this formerly easy-to-ignore problem a glaring flaw that's beyond aggravating.

I only get them in other zones when I get them from a citizen or the snitch..
Usually when they are showing on the map,I get them in the zone they are showing in.. I mean unless that's all messed up now too..

I haven't done a bounty since last week, so I haven't seen what they are doing this week..

Most of the bounties do take place in the district the bounty is assigned to. They can get relocated if the system does not find a proper spot in that district, which can happen if a) you haven't done the side missions yet that block some of the bounty locations, if b) you are standing in one of the bounty locations and thereby block it, and/or c) if there's a lot going on already in the district.

It's not as easy to prevent as you may think. Bounty locations are selected when you start the bounty, not earlier. It wouldn't make sense to change that, because then lots of locations would be blocked for other activities because of bounties that the player might never take. You can't easily make sure that there's always a bounty location available in each district either.

What could be done, though, is to make bounties count for both the district the bounty is assigned to, and the district that they actually take place in (if it's a different one).
