What I’d really like to see this year is a massive DLC for Wildlands, (One I’d happily pay for), where they add all of features that they got right in BP, to Wildlands.
    Improved visuals
    Weapon shouldered in hostile territory.
    Improved movement when crouched.
    Knife takedowns
    Rocket and grenade launchers
    Ability to unequip weapons
    Prone Camo
    Knife choices
    Laser on top rail
    Ability to remove backpack
    Stubble and beard choices
    Rocket gunner enemy
    Bodies that don’t disappear
    Body or buddy carry
Injury system (as of immersive mode)
Iconic outfits split into component parts

Then a couple of other tweaks to Wildlands
Allow us to customise our AI teams loadout and ‘soul swap’ with them and drop Fallen Ghosts into Wildlands main story, like an episode 2, rather than a separate mode.

Isn't it easier to overhaul the scenario and port it to breakpoint...Because I have been thinking the same, Hugo...The same.

After the arrival of the long awaited minor overhaul that took Ghost Recon closer to what was originally expected, we have reached dead end of endgame content. Usually we see monthly updates drop mid-month, being next week. What would you guys like to see included in this month's update or how would you like to see this year's road map planned out?

My ideal update for THIS MONTH:

    New Content:
    - All Battle Rewards released in this weeks update, being included as in base caches, faction mission rewards or just available in Maria's shop as purchasable.
    - Battle Belt, Pistol Holster, and Knee Pads toggle and colorization option.
    - Ability to layer all masks, ear protection, eye wear, vests and headgear.
    - Guns can equip all attachments

    Bug fixes:
    - Belt color issues.
    - ADS, laser animation not aligning with crosshair.
    - PC: Extra step animation when moving.
    - Fixed slow reacting AI.
    - Fixed Flashlights clipping through walls.

My Ideal Update for NEXT MONTH:

    New Content:
    - Immersive mode includes: Protection, mobility, stealth and endurance stats for cosmetic items.
    - Immersive mode Camo now effects AI visibility of player based of color + night and day cycle. (Light colors have no stealth buffs, but dark colors have buffs at night. Vice Versa.)
    - Guns include flashlights attachment.
    - Added in Ammo count setting in immersive mode, dictates how much ammo the player can carry.
    - Add player mobility increase for carrying one prim
    - AI Team Mate inclusion, at least one guy. (PROBABLY WON'T HAPPEN UNTIL NEXT YEAR, BUT IT WOULD BE NICE.)

What I want to see added this year:

    Content:
    - Fan requested military cosmetic Items and an overhauled custom character menu allowing the player new slots including "Vest Pouches and Mags", "Balacava", "Scarfs", "Masks", "Headgear", "Counter weight", "Radio", "Sleeve Patch" and "Hooded Tops". Also fan requested toggle items such sleeve rolling and Combat Belt and Holster. As well as worn slider dictating the wash of the camo to make clothing look more used or darker.
    - AI Teammates.
    - Gameplay Impactful cosmetic gear that affects mobility, endurance, protection and stealth.
    - Recoil and Ballistic Improvements to guns.
    - Gunsmith overhaul allowing all attachments to apply to all guns.
    - Adding new gun customization options such as wraps and ghillie leaves.
    - More Immersive mode customization options including ammo carry count options.
    - And an inclusion of some or most of my Aurora Commotion System ideas.
What I would add to this list is:
correct height to the holster, since nobody wears it on their knee (At least not anymore, and at least people who know how to wear them)
And ballistic overhaul, making damage, penetration, recoil and range be decided by: Caliber and then differentiate the effect of the caliber on ballistic by: Cartridge, barrel length and twist rate (This is why guns in the same caliber can have slight differences in range and muzzle velocity)
    Creating ranges for damage like:
.45 pistols have a damage range from 25 to 27 (Un optimized gun aka Mk1) after upgrade (Since pistols receive up to extra 4 in damage would end up with values like 29, 30 or 31)
.9mm pistols have damage range from 20 to 22 (Un upgraded) after upgrade (24,25,26)
And you already get the logic.
Also end the suppressor reduces damage, at least on the immersive mode.

I don’t know enough to say which is easier. I just wouldn’t want to lose all the things that Wildlands did so much better.

    Nomads walk
    Civilian reactions
    Holstering weapons
    Helicopter animations
    Bike handling
    Vehicle sounds
All the superb cut scenes and voice acting.

But that is what I mean with revamping.
You can pass animations from a different game (same engine) to the new game.
So they could use the animation from the cut scenes on the newer models.
To improve the visual like you said they'd have to use the new models anyway.
They can also bring the voice acting from that game into this game and it would be available to you during the Wildlands campaign (Kind of like you'd enter the Fallen ghost, Ghost mode and Narco road in the main menu from wildlands).
I used to create animations for arma 3 mods
Sometimes I'd take the rig from a different mod that was kind enough to lend their animations to us, to use on our vehicles.
Just have to make it fit with the new model.

Dude this game is dead as far as content and development are concerned. Do you think they would dedicate a whole team to create it from scatch? They will release what they already have for it and thats it. Maybe add a basic AI team along the way.
