3 day long weekend. I farm Heroics and it is really bad. They nerfed the loot.

I think it can only be the following:

Latest update allowed us to reset CP's and they thought we would spam CP's for loot and gear up to quick.

Or

The latest update broke the loot system.

Or

A simple nerf to the loot table.

Either which way they are going to lose players very quickly.

What gets to me is if they did do a stealth nerf is how they think we would not notice it, it insults our intelligence.

Or your head is playing tricks on you because you haven't really understood RNG. I mean no offense by that, but I've seen statements like that on the forums of every MMO I've played in the last 30+ years where loot had some form of RNG factor.
And yeah, I know, you'll just reply that "It's just RNG" surely isn't an answer because others noticed the same and your studies clearly shows so surely you must be right, but like I said, I've also seen those same replies on those other MMO forums, from people claiming the same things etc... and I very much doubt there's some secret MMO developer conglomerate plotting against loot drops.
Sorry I really do mean no offense, but like I said, seen threads like this way too many times.

Agree... since the 7th April no god rolls, not even close, i'm like desperate for providence "Gift" backpack, but it was like 2-3 times i got it on target looting on providence areas and backpack DZ and the rolls i got were deconstructed imminently. The loot quality and drop rates for exotics are worse then ever before, we were farming in a group of same 4 people for Imperial Dynasty for 12hrs today and nothing, for neither of us. You get like 30+ items on heroic in 2 runs with MAYBE 1 named item, and the best part, that from those 30+ items there's only 4-6 TARGET LOOT and all of them are just crap.

Ever since this last update, I noticed loot quality has dropped drastically. Keep getting items on the really low end of the bar. I am on challenging global difficulty. Either they did something on the backend or it's a bug.

The bug that we will end up getting BANNED for)))) Because we had a ****ty loot and the game is just not supported by developers, this bug will not be applied by UBISOFT, it's a self applied ban, because you are tired off this crap)))

The place i noticed it most is while I was leveling through New York..
Like story, normal and hard modes..
once i get into challenging it's not too bad for drops..

If I wouldn't have had the support of my other characters that are running in challenge mode, My last character would still be stuck with a good ways to go in New York..
When I finally got out of new york and looking back on the type of rolls I had the whole way..80% had across the board in the attributes less than 1/4 on each bar..that was for weapons and gear..
When that expansion first landed, they had things juiced up where the rolls were really good.. I mean by the time my second character went through I almost had my recalibration library filled up pretty good..
my third character, I was hitting Loot As Junk 9 times out of 10 if not 10 times out of 10.. pure crap that gave no hope of progressing just in the leveling part of the game..

Soon as I get into challenging the rolls get a difference of night and day much better..
Any of my characters dropped down from challenging and it was the same thing.. So that's something going on more than just RNG with those lower tiers..

Well RNG has been good to me last couple of days. Not said to brag, just to balance all negativity.
Saturday: Nemesis, Sawyer's kneepads, Tardigrade
Sunday: Chatterbox
All with decent rolls.
Let's see what today brings.

I've noticed this as well. I can't remember the last time I got a really good piece. I'm not talking an upgrade, at this point an upgrade for me would be pretty rare, but I haven't even seen a really good piece in weeks.

I have DEFINITELY noticed that drops lately in Heroic open world and missions as well as in Legendary have been terrible. Everything has rainbow colors making them not even worth trying to re-calibrate. It wasn't like this prior to the most recent patch. I haven't been nearly as hard on the developers as others but this is really absurd. Massive get your sh*t together...

Most frustrating day for me today in awhile. Ran Air and Space Museum on Challenging a ton looking for some China Light gear. I ended up with maybe 10 or 11 pieces of China Light (only one chest that was awful) and of course a truck load of mods that all went straight to the bin.

It feels like mods are the targeted loot in every mission and every area. I don’t expect to get the piece I want from just one or two sessions farming for it, but running these targeted loot missions and still getting mod after mod after mod is really frustrating. It seems like the mod is just a filler so the stats can say it dropped a piece of loot, while the chances of it being any use to the player are near zero. Oh cool another sticky bomb mod, gee thanks! I bet I’ve junked/sold 100+ Sticky bomb mods in the last couple of weeks. RNGJesus hates me.

I hate to sound like a Negative Nancy, but for the most part the game doesn’t feel rewarding to me at all right now.

I really hate when the loot I'm looking for is stuck on a mission for a day..
If they are out in the zone CP's drop them pretty plentiful..But just about any time I get an inspiration for a build, 9 times out of 10 the brands for the backpack and chest are sitting on missions lol
I just wait it out because they are just not worth the time anymore, because sometimes it's only a couple pieces that drop in a mission..
