Issues with terrain textures on west side of map

There seems to be some missing terrain textures throughout the west side of the map or textures covering up some areas that were once open. This started with TU8.1. Areas which are most effected are around New Venice CP, Overgrowth CP, Sleeping giant CP, Navy Hill CP, and western areas of West Potomac Park, foggy Bottom, and West End. Additionally, this seems to be most prevalent when there is foliage, water, and hills which need to be navigated through so one does not fall through the world. Thus far I have not see much on the subject and wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue.

Thus far I have adjusted my graphics in various configurations, from low to ultra high/ high, and even reinstalled drivers with no resolution. Only option left is to uninstall game and re-install to see if that fixes issue, but was hoping for a possible easier solution or if it is a coding issue which may be handled in a future update.

    Thanks in advance.

Uninstalled and re-installed game, fixed most issues with graphics for a time. Now the game is near impossible to play, seeing every texture block in game. Will provide image and or video if able.
