How am I supposed to predict the future and know if the game isn't even playable before launching the game? The game is buggy, isn't nowhere near what you promised us, missions aren't completable etc. Overall an incredibly frustrating experience that doesn't even work. Requested a refund multiple times, but every time you engage the "robot customer service" talk. They just copy paste the same response no matter what you say to them. Basically "You should have known if the game works or not." I don't trust Ubisoft like I used to.

I've wanted a refund for me and my best friend who I convinced to buy it so we could play it together like we did Wildlands but instead giving me a refund or addressing my concerns they've chosen to ignore me and ban me multiple times. Ubisoft doesn't care about their consumers; if they can lie and get your money, they consider that a success. They get cake and promotions for successfully ripping people off.

If this was 10 to 15 years ago or you are a Senior Citizen I may give you a pass but with today's technologies at your fingertips if you pre-order anything from anybody is because you are looking to get jammed or gypped. If you bought it at launch knowing how bad it was, well, I am sorry, you did it at your own accord and you knew what you were getting into. Not that you don't have a right to be pissed off, of course you do and if you are asking or wanting a refund, best be talking to your credit card and let them fight for you.

Now, if you were sleep all this time and nothing sticks to you (technology wise) then go ahead and jotted down to paying the price of living in today's Company's way of making money, next time, wait for the game to launch, check YT videos, check the forums, people here will tell you what's what, watch out for the fanbois and shills of course but it is very simple to know who they are. Wait a few months and you can get it for cheap.

It is ok if you want to get upset at me, I don't mind as long as you don't let it happen again there is no problem, we are all human and these leeches are preying on our goodness.

Video game companies are literally the only ones who can get away with fraud. Why? People keep buying the unfinished games! The companies know this and know it well. Promote a game with high fidelity graphics, make a cool video with super star actors, and offer games as a service. Release the beta and within 2 years drip out the real game as DLC content. Nice straw man. Seriously who buys a game "knowing how bad it is." Who is this character you've created? A lot of us bought it because it was presented as the sequel to Wildlands, same characters, new map, more of that good ****. It looked like it was going to be that. I personally don't **** with betas and demos. I don't wait for reviews now a days much either, if it's a "known quality" which a lot of us believed the sequel to Wildlands was. It's a no brainier really. Yes, hate on your fantasy character, I hate that guy too.

You might have had a point (maybe) if this was your first time on the forum, as only one example. However the days when you might learn about a game by only going to a brick & mortar store to see what's on the selves, or what's in a gaming magazine are long gone.

I have the account because of some other Ubi game, maybe siege or Wildlands, idk. I only started posting in the forums (and reddit tbh) when I made the huge mistake of buying Breakpoint AND convincing my best friend to do the same. Worst call I've made in a long time. Breakpoint was an easy sequel to make, I've posted my development "fanfic" a few times here, but they totally, absolutely botched it. They need to refund or fix it.

Again, you can lash at me all you want, I am a big boy, I can take it even if who you really need to be upset is with yourself, unless of course you leave in a world where there is not internet, tv or mobile phones.

Plenty of folks here will tell you that they bought it fully knowing it was going to be a PoS but they decided it was worth the investment or the annoyances, other people, or most people didn't care to heed the warnings and pre-order because the money is coming from mommy or daddy or they make good money and throwing 100 bucks is nothing to them, others don't care to take the time to research the purchase because doing research is for losers while a few waited for the reviews, yt videos and what some people here were saying about the OTT, betas, etc, etc and didn't buy it when they tested it themselves. So, which one of this is you?

Again, I understand you are upset, most people are but if this will teach you something, it is NOT a bad thing. I have been robbed before (close to 4K on a watercraft) and I have been burned on a game purchase (even before the internet was heavy and far less than 60 bucks) and I gotta tell you, the feeling of loss and being helpless is the same on the 4K or the 30 bucks but as angry as I was, it taught me a good lesson so now a days I do research because at the end of the day, it is not the money for me but the principal of things.
