Hello! After i have downloaded the 8.5 patch have my game become totally unplayable, The game starts to lag and stutter in the loading screen that is right before you come to the menu after launching the game, and same problem applies to the game world/game menu the whole game is just lagging and is for the moment totally unplayable.
i have updated my gpu drivers, restarted my pc, and even reinstalled the game without results.
And i have up to this point been able to play the game with no problems at all..

Are you using an Nvidia GPU? It could be power management issues. Make sure your PC is using High performance power management profile.
Also, if Nvidia. Go into control panel and create a 3D profile for Division 2 and in the power management mode field make sure to select Prefer Maximum performance.
Also, try to verify game install in Uplay just in case.

If it doesn't try running the Uplay with admin rights. To do that, right-click on the shortcut or the actual executable for Uplay, select Properties and open the Compatibility tab. Tick the 'Run this program as an administrator' box, and click on OK.

Could even be your CPU throttling... Bad heatsink, dodgy paste, stupid overclock. So many reasons...
