King Crab Hits Trials Rising with 4 Custom Tracks!

Here Ye, Here Ye, the King Crab has Arrived
Things are heating up in the Arena of Menace. The season 5 Fun Bike is here and it brings with it some interesting new possibilities for adventurous riders and inventive builders alike. Loosely inspired by Trials of the Blood Dragon’s Turbo Flip the King Crab has considerably higher reverse speed than any other bike in Trials Rising. With a very low center of gravity, it’s also very adept at climbing steep inclines and overcoming tricky vertical obstacles. Whether you’re looking to ride low, climb high, or rapidly race in reverse, the King Crab Fun Bike will get you where you need to go.

To show off the unique gameplay possibilities of the King Crab the Trials Rising level design team has put together example tracks that will be shared free for all to play through Track Central. Taking place in a classic Trials HD warehouse, these four tracks will put your King Crab skills to the test and maybe give you some ideas for your own custom King Crab creations.

King Crab Basics (Easy)
This one is all about conservation of momentum through forward and reverse sections. It seems easy with a bunch of big smooth jumps but maintaining the balance between reverse and forward speed brings a fun new challenge to a classic Trials gameplay concept.

King Crab Novice (Medium)
This one increases the challenge by adding a bit more complexity to the driveline. Whether moving forward or in reverse you’ll need to find the right speed to maintain momentum through this course. It also introduces a very steep incline, an obstacle you’ll see more of as the difficulty rises.

King Crab Advanced (Hard)
Now things are really heating up. This track bumps up the difficulty with a much more technical line to assess your proficiency on this low riding royalty. By adding some classic red barrels to spice up the driveline this track will require more precision driving and momentum control to find the finish line.

King Crab Mastery (Extreme)
You’ve mastered maintaining momentum, now it’s time to cram for the King Crab’s other defining characteristic, the wall climb. You’ll need to maintain control over your bike and rider through tight platforms and very vertical challenges to come out victorious on this track.
The King Crab is available now in Trials Rising for 45 Acorns. All four example tracks are available for free on Track Central in the KING CRAB TRACKS Feed. Jump on your King Crab and show us what you’ve got, and until next time, we’ll see you on the leaderboards.
