A solution to build diversity
Allow players to have 3 minor traits instead of 2, it is clearly not enough.
The biggest issues with build diversity is we are limited to only two minor attributes and often at times they don't add uniqueness to the build. If I wanna specialize in using fire skills I have to focus on getting rolls with Status Effect, okay I can do that, but at the same time that build isn't diverse when I can just be as equally good as using a Blinder Firefly or any skill that gives a status debuff. Same with Skill Damage running Striker and Turret, outside of the brandsets that offer explosives I can easily use explosive skills or Oxidizer with ease.
Weapon Damage and Skill Damage are generic, we need some minor attributes that helps tailor our playstyle specifically.
Offensive
Weapon Handling needs to go and let Reload Speed, Accuracy, and Stability be stats of their own, the increase you get from WH maxed out is barely noticeable across all 3 stats.
Bring back specific weapon damage but let them cap out at 5 or 10% for the sake of balance
Utility
Fire Damage to help with fire skills
Bring Explosive Damage back
Ballistic Damage for turret and drone
Skill Health needs to not be tied to a named item to help with skill survivability
Blinder Duration, Foam Duration, and Shock Duration can help.
These specific skills should roll higher than 10% since it's being focused on that specific skill
Defensive
Honestly, not sure what I can say I wanna add to this one... I think the only thing I'd suggest is adding damage resistance, this would help out tanks a lot and give non blue builds some survivability
