btw you have 2 week to complete it, you just have to earn half the point this week and half the points next week, you can even not do hyena's bounty if you don't like them you still manage to get all the "prizes" for the league

Yeah that's grindy as ish. And I play a lot of TD2. But there are a lot of people that play an insane amount and should be rewarded with a "10"(that'all). There are multiple routes to the ultimate prize. Some "crazy" stuff has to be in a game like this to survive.

Yesterday I was able to clear 9 Hyena bountys, I played for about 2,25 hours and also cleared two invaded missions on challenging difficulty, made two speedruns for the league and some other stuff in the OW. Of course I had to quicktravel a bit to get to the public executions that grant me a Hyena bounty, but you don't really have to "search" for them while free roaming as you only have to quickly check for Hyena control points on the map. If there's a execution linked to it: got it. Also, the map map tells you what faction you will be facing by clicking on each activity.

And remember:
Just find a way that suits you best to achieve a total of 30 stages during this week. Do it all over again next and all the league's rewards are yours!

Just the heads up, there is a quicker way to do the 40 but its a super boring process in the way , basically put the map in the level u feel confident to play with, search for any execution events with Hyenas on it, clear them and the hostages will always give u a hyena bounty =) happy farming ! ( ITS A SUPER BORING PROCESS but ull be done within the week if u got the patience =) )

A "easy" way to get more bounties is via match making. Set your map to normal / no directives (it seems like when you have higher settings MM tries to match you with players at same settings so it take much longer to find a group) and match make.

Out of 10 bounties last night 8 of them were hyena's, other 2 where venus.

At least 6 of them I joined as they were being completed, nice and fast

You have TWO weeks to get all 60 points in the league. Also do more public executions and hostage rescues. You get bounties from those. I already have 10-15 hyena bounties done and still have multiple on the map yet.

If you manage to complete most stages on the Challenging time trials and the Hyena Member Disorientated challenge you can pretty much skip the Bounties and the Heroic entirely and still get all the rewards within the 2 week frame from what I understand how Leagues work. I only managed to play the second week from the previous League, so I had no idea the stages reset during week two. So there is that as well.. if you don't like doing them, simply don't do them.

This has been Happening with every event or some certain challenge for a faction there ends up being not on the map to do for whatever reason this is quite often the Challenge Theres a certain faction for there no were to be found What gives

You can reset Venus progress to get additional bounty.

It's not mandatory, you don't have to do it at all. You'll only miss out on a few resource and item caches and maybe an exotic drop. None of those are guaranteed to be anything of worth, so way up the cost/benefit to yourself and if it isn't apearing to be worth all that effort then simply don't do it.
