    Server error Oikos store found a Fix??

    Online service error
    A problem occurred while trying to communicate with Ubisoft online service.
    [0x30010001]
    I just made my purchase from Oikos and I have no new items on my inventory.
    Also all my orichalcum disapearead from the game.
    After I tried again I got the same error. Items are not in my inventory also are not in my Owned items on ubisoft store.
    As I am writing I keep try to purchase items.

    FIX:
    After I tried 2 or 3 times I just go away from Oikos for the game itself to make a save and then a message has come on the screen letting me know that new items are on my Owned items on ubisoft store.

    So buy the thing(you get the error), go away from oikos until the save icons appear on left bottom screen and wait a few minutes(1 or 2) if won't work just make sure your orichalcum was not spent,and repeat the steps!!

    Same here - Had over 200 Ori and bought Charon, now have no Ori and no Charon

    EDIT: Went off to do a quick side quest, when I got near Oiko again, it added Charon to my store > owned tab where I redeemed him there

    Yes , I guess the catch is, buy-> error->go away from oikos so the game make a save itself--> wait a few minutes until the game will reconnect to the store-> when reconnected approach oikos or interact with him and a message should pop up with your earlier purchased gear..

    Fix the Oikos Servet

    Just tried to buy a hammerhead legendary mace. Game took my 109 orichalcum and gave me nothing in inventory and nothing under owned store tab. This occurred after autosave. Now cant even click on Oikos without getting a server connect error

    ichibandot: Have you also tried walking away from Oikos to do another quest ( or until the game completes an auto-save ) and then returning?

    I'm having the exact same issue. I get the error message when I try to buy something. I've tried leaving and coming back, but the error message still shows up. I don't lose any orichalcum but I would like to buy this weeks items. Can you please fix this before it refreshes?

    Yep, same problem here on PS4 Pro. The error appears when I start to interact with the vendor or when I try to buy something. A fix would be great.

    I'm having the same issue, but even after doing other quests, saving, coming back, even restarting the game, reconnecting to internet my items aren't there anyone else? Any fixes?

    Check your "Owned" tab in store and click to obtain its.

    Really hate to say this but when someone from ubi is posting to walk away..
    and thats the fix.. which it is not.. this is bad

    im getting the SAME error no matter what I buy
    random jars if not standard epic and are from store legend error out I got 1 item out of the 9 times ive tried to buy any
    ONE

    Is there really ZERO support for this issue?? is this what we get for buying the game?

    help ubi please this error code bs each time its terrible


    side note:
    also adjust your helix credit costs, as now the full game and all dlc costs less than just 2 skins in the helix store
    this isnt ok and id bet you would get more purchases now if you lowered the cost drastically

    FIX THIS ISSUE please, its existed since the games release and no one at ubi has a fix? really?

    cannot get the hammerhead also, nor random jars, whats the point of the ore then
    grrs
