Just before a major DLC is released, yes they do, this is also nothing new. Game publishers have been doing this as far back as when DLCs where just called Expansions, as it's a obvious smart business move to bring in more players and sell more DLCs.Originally Posted by secretzrus Go to original post
But nice try, you get an A for effort.
Speaking of effort, could you name some other games that dropped that severely in price so early in their lives, even with a DLC releasing? I know you want to try and paint this in a "ho-hum, business as usual" light, but that price drop was sheer desperation to try and resuscitate a player base that was at best on critical care life support.Originally Posted by Escritores Go to original post
And thank you for the A, as I do try...much like your cheerleading for this game to the point of just ignoring obvious problems is top-notch work. A+ stuff, for sure.
lets be honest the dps glitch ban is the least of this games problem broken scaling 1 shoting enemys the worst loot quality system ever seen in a looter shooter before even worse than anthem broken pvp one of the worst dev teams in history. iv never seen a dev team release a half hearted expansion as wony 4 main missions 8 pretty small side missions and them to have to swallow there pride and sell the game for 1.99 on amazon 2 bucks thats what division 2 is worth to ubi
