Hi Agents,
just like supposingly many others I just tried logging into my suspended account - just to find out the ban is not lifted yet.
As I thought the bans should be lifted right after the update I contacted the Ubi support asking them for further details. The empoyee chatting with me gave me the info that bans should automatically be lifted tonight after 23:30 CET without the possibility to lift it manually (I guess it's CET, as that's my timezone and it was not further specified).
This post should not start another glitch / no glitch discussion; that's been chewed over too many times.
Stay relaxed, have patience, don't annoy the ubi support - those poor guys can't do anything for you.

That's a bit sad.. was gonna catch up on my day off -.- 7½ days, wow xD
And I agree, should have been by the maintenance time...
EDIT: haha, it just hit me, when you try to login and get the "BANNED" message and press confirm, the third option on the second screen should be DEL - uninstall xD would be hillarious![]()
